One of Gods Miracles
To all the members of A Prophets Network,
I have been absent for the last weeks. I was able to share the last weeks of my fathers life with him before he passed away and joined with Jesus Christ on the 28th of July 2009, just weeks before his 60th wedding anniversary. During that time I was able to make up for the last 23 years where our relationship was strained. The blessing is that during those few weeks I was able to tell him what he meant to me, what impact he had on my life and how much I loved him. Even on the day of his death I was able to speak with him twice echoing my love for him. This was the greatest gift the Lord has ever given me. He was able to die knowing that I would always be there for my mother and sister. The battles were over and put to rest, forgiveness took place and our relationship was restored. Please know there is never enough time to tell your parents what they mean to you and how much you love them.
I have asked Sharon Shown to rejoin and be an administrator on this web site and also my Son in Law if my granddaughter Gabrielle could also fill the roll as well as administrator.
I pray that my absence in honoring my father and mother would warrant your prayers and understanding for my absence.
In His Love and Care

Our Veterans -- A Prayer
Our Veterans and the Disabled Veterans (mostly forgotten after the initial emotions take affect) are not only vulnerable, but are in need of your Prayers.
Their job is a thankless one, and as years of history shows, they are blamed for every "Casualty of War" and have to carry the burden of memories - dealing with them on their own.
For many veterans, these memories and visions of past experiences never leave them and coping with this is rather challenging, lonely and disheartening.
They put on a good front, again protecting you from the "Perils of War", asking nothing in return.
Many times we pass by Veterans with signs and judge them, thinking they are just not looking for work where in reality, they cannot shut off the horrors of the past and the best they can do is just to survive. They need your Prayers - not sympathy but true intercession for healing of their hearts and minds.
New Soldiers are returning from the battlefield, yet to find out what long term challenges they may have years to come. When they look for peace, and have to face the public, it’s covered up by polite actions that hide their stress, stability, medical condition and anxiety.
So please take a moment to "Pray for Blessings" upon them. There is no difference than a Soldier of the World and a Soldier of Christ for they both met their mission and were willing to sacrifice it all. That decision to give your life for another is a harsh reality one must walk through each on his own, and that is where God gives us His "Grace and Mercy".
So remember they are our Brothers and Sisters, they are our champions, and since they can never forget, let us not forget they need our prayers.
Please protect them on the Battle Field and give them courage for what they face every day, give them the wisdom to see danger before it strikes, and Lord comfort their families in their time of Loss and time apart. Meet every financial need of their families, and may You have have them surrounded with brotherly and sisterly love.
God Bless all of you, and may a Peace that passes all understanding be in our and their hearts and minds through Christ Jesus!
