Jim Schooler said…: Blessings brother, when i stared to read you note the scripture in Isaiah 43: 1-13 to my mind and i believe that He will do what He says because He "is not a men that He should lie" if I did not have the word to put my trust in then I would not be able to stand and be a witness of His power and might. His provision is His Name. Many years ago, while my wife and I were in Bible college, we knew it was God's will for us to be there. Our youngest son was 2 yeas old at the time. We woke up one morning to find no food in our cupboard we only had 1 potatoe, some bisquit mix and a small amount of milk for David. We praid and the Lord said for me to make some bisquits and gravy and fry the last potatoe, (by the way that was David's favorite meal). We paryed and blessed the food and thanked the Lord for His bounty to us. We did not know where the next food for our son would come from. We took David to school, I went to school myself, and Sheri went to work. I told my wife that God would supply for us. When we got home that evening we sat on the sofa and prayed and thanked the Lord for His supply. As David prayed his prayer of faith, a knock come to the door. We opened the door and a missionary friend of ours was at the door, we had not seen her since we moved and she did not know where we lived. She said the Lord woke her in that morning and sent her to shop. He did not let her know who it was for. He then gave her directions to drive until He said to stop in front of our house (several hours of driving). She told us that the Lord told her to bring those supplies and give them to the ones who were there. She then proceeded to bring in a full carload of groceries, she was driving a lare car so it had many bags in it. She proceded to tell us to go with her to grocerie store and let her buy Any meat we wanted and anything else we needed. Those groceries lasted us for months. There was a small box of Oatmeal that was a miracle in itself. the box was never more than 1/2 empty and lasted us until we were out of school and moved back to our home town.

I tell you this as it is our testemony of God's GREAT provision and protection for us. thank you for allowing me to share and be a partner in prayer.
